Any reference to the Company shall include any of our subsidiaries, parent companies or affiliates. By accessing or using our App, content, activities and services (collectively, the "Services") made available via our web site and/or through the App (collectively the "Site"), You ("User" or "You") are representing that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy ("Policy") and our Terms of Service, which is herein incorporated by reference into this Agreement. These Terms may change at any time, and it is Your responsibility to read them carefully and often. If at any time You do not agree to our Policy, You may not use or access the Site or Services any longer.

  • When you use the Site or our Apps, we collect and use your info as follows:
  • Account Info — Mobile & Tablets

  • >Currently, the App allows one User per mobile device. In the future, we may allow Users to register native accounts with the Site and create profiles. In either case, we only collect basic information needed to verify you are who you say you are, such as your age, first and last name, email address and a password (which may be Personally Identifying Information, or "PII").
  • We also collect non-identifying information, such as:
    1. information from the mobile device or tablet you are using to access the Site or Apps, such as an IP address ("Technical Info");
    2. public information contained on the document (including parking tickets) that we retrieve from third parties;
    3. anonymous demographic information (age, gender, etc); and
    4. certain additional geographic information, if you so permit it.
  • When you launch our App, you may be asked to consent to collection of location information. While this information is not mandatory, please be advised that it may limit your use of the App in some ways if you do not consent.
  • Other Automated Info We Collect

  • In order to provide the best Services to you, we may collect information about your interaction with our Apps and third parties, which may include but is not limited to cookies or log files, device and platform type, URLS/domain names you visit, clicks and time spent on page(s).You can customize this collection in your browser, but please be aware that limiting cookies may affect your access to certain parts of the App(s) or Site. We do not control the information third parties collect or how they use it. If you click on an advertisement or third party link on the Site or in an App, you may be subject to additional terms and policies.
  • Payment Info

  • The purpose of our App is to make it easier for you to pay your parking tickets. If you make a payment through the Site or App, billing and financial information necessary to process your charges will be collected by the payment system used by the government agency that issued the ticket. We do not control that third party's policies with regard to collecting, storing or using payment information. Please visit the website of the municipality or government agency that you are paying for more information on this. Any convenience fees or other fees collected by the Company for our services are done so without collecting or storing your payment information.
  • Push Notifications

  • We send you "push" notifications through the App to notify you when a ticket is available to be paid. The bulk of this information is collected and stored through the use of Log Files, which are files on our web servers that record actions taken on our Apps and website.
  • How We Use the Information We Collect

  • In general, we collect User information to create a better App experience. For example (and not by way of limitation), we use information to:
    • provide support, provide information to third parties that also provide services through the App,
    • to enforce our Terms.

    How Your Info is Shared

  • We share information, including PII, under the following circumstances:
    1. With Third Parties that provide services on our behalf, such as payment processing, email, hosting and data analysis. Third parties are not permitted to share such information except to provide services on our behalf.
    2. With your friends on Social Networks (if you are accessing the App(s) through such site(s)) and with other Users, if you have created a native profile on the Site. Such information may include a profile picture, a username or an email address.
    3. We will not share PII with advertisers without your express consent, but we may non-PII, such as aggregated information about our Users, anonymous info, and Technical Info for targeted ads. Advertisers may also collect this information themselves using tracking technologies such as cookies.
    4. If we believe it necessary to a) comply with the law (including if we believe the Site or Services are being used in the commission of a crime); b) provide for the safety of our Users or the public; c) to protect Our rights.
    5. As part of a merger or acquisition, as is customary industry practice, our Users' information would be sold as part of such transaction.
